Lay Eucharist Visits

If you are unable to attend church but would like to receive communion, clergy or a Lay Eucharist Minister would be pleased to bring you Holy Communion. Please call the church office to make arrangements.

Parish Nurse

Susan Donckers, the parish nurse, provides a service to those who have medical issues and need encouragement from someone who has both spiritual and medical understanding. She will visit those in our parish who are in need of an educated ear. If you would like to speak with Susan or request a visit, please call the church, 552-2411 or send an email to parishnurse@christchurchblacksburg.org

Parish Knitters

The knitters meet once a month, on the second Thursday, in the parish library to work on prayer shawls and baptismal baby blankets. Please join us from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. If you don't know how to knit, we will teach you.
